We created a poster for the 4th Annual Wheat Ridge Criterium and Brewfest. This was the first poster created for the event, which is a US Cycling sanctioned event, featuring local and national criterium racers. The event is held in Wheat Ridge, a suburb of Denver, Colorado, which has retained its small-town character—especially on 38th Avenue, where the race is held. This community event is held each June and has become a must-do for many bike and beer enthusiasts in the area.
The poster was created using Adobe Sketch on an iPad with an Adobe Ink stylus. It was typeset in Adobe InDesign, and digitally printed on 80lb Ultra White Sundance Felt cover stock on an HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press at Egan Printing in Denver.
